The only Parish of Alderney is the parish of St Anne, which covers the whole island.
The main town, St Anne historically known as La Ville ("The Town"), is often referred to as "St Anne`s" by visitors and incomers.
The town area features an imposing church and an unevenly cobbled main street: Victoria Street (Rue Grosnez ? the English name being adopted on the visit of Queen Victoria in 1854). There is a primary school, a secondary school, a post office, and hotels, as well as restaurants, banks and shops.
This stunning house has now come on the market first time in 11 years and has been lovingly maintained throughout. Detached and immaculately presented. Situated down a private quiet lane on the North side of the Island an within walking distance to the beach and tennis court.
The accommodation comprises a lounge, dining room, Sun lounge, kitchen, utility, three double bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom. The property additionally benefits from an attractive, rear south facing Sun terrace, a large garage and a separate workshop which has the potential for conversion into either a study, office, treatment room or alternatively as an extension to the dining room.
This property works beautifully as is and is a holiday home away from home where you enjoy the views and laze the days away.
